Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the basil, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and honey to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. Serve over salads, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, or pasta.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
