Our water goes through a multi-stage filtration and purification process before it ever touches a plant. We then pH-balance every batch to the ideal range for each crop — typically between 5.5 and 6.5 — ensuring maximum nutrient uptake and optimal growth. Clean water means cleaner produce. Some crops — particularly our microgreens — develop richer, more complex flavor profiles when grown in organic soil. We use carefully selected, perfectly pH-balanced organic growing medium, free from synthetic additives. The result is microgreens with deeper color, stronger stems, and more intense flavor than hydroponics alone can achieve.

Our hydroponic system features an innovative oxygen-enrichment technology that actively infuses the water supply with elevated dissolved oxygen levels.
